Kasandra Washington is the Founder and CEO of FFO Investigations, bringing over a decade of experience in public defense. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women in Business, she has dedicated her career to ensuring that indigent clients receive the quality and zealous defense they deserve.

Her investigative work spans a wide range of cases, including civil rights cases, civil matters, criminal cases, juvenile cases, and family court cases. Beyond investigations, she has played a role in the formation of public defender offices across the country and has hosted several national trainings on mitigation and investigative strategies.

Being an investigator is not just what Kasandra does—it’s what drives her. She believes that justice should not be determined by a person’s financial status and remains committed to advocating for those often overlooked by the legal system. In addition to running FFO Investigations, she actively volunteers with several organizations, further demonstrating her dedication to community empowerment and justice reform.
