Starting in August 2024, consultations are free. Please note that consultations must be confirmed with FFO Investigations and Intake Forms must be completed beforehand. If the Intake Forms are not completed, the consultation cannot be scheduled.

Yes, you can pay your bill by selecting the 'Pay My Bill' tab at the top of the page. Enter the amount specified on your invoice. Please note that online payments are accepted only via credit card. You will receive a receipt confirmation once your payment has been processed.
